Happy Wednesday everyone!  This means we are halfway through the week, woo hoo! Today I'm posting a card I made last night to meet the bill of many different challenges!  ( I just love when you can do that! )  This is going in a different directions than my recent Halloween posts, but it isn't Halloween yet and I don't want to make you sick of the holiday before it even gets here!  So here ya go:

I know I know it doesn't have any sentiments on the front! yikes!  But sometimes its nice to have a card in your pile to be able to use for any occasion later!
Materials Used:
Various blue cardstock
Martha Stewart Butterfly Stamps
Almost Coacoa Stampin' Up Ink
Jolee's Iron On Bling in Brown
I-Rock Tool
Brown Ribbon from stash

This is a real CAS card ( clean and simple ), and sometimes those can be harder to make than they look!

Challenges I'm entering this into are:
SSDS - use your fav. color
Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes
CAS-ual Friday #21 - Use 3 shades of monochromatic color plus brown
CTO - Use ribbon
Monday Challenge #26 - Use Ribbon

Not sew much paper, but no sewing either! Design Team Post

For my DT post with Becky's Sweet Creations I wanted to do something a little different, since we could share any fun project we wanted. So this isn't a paper craft, but I'm so proud and so excited to be making little Maddie's wicked witch costume this year that I had to share part of it with all of you!  I got this idea from a Robert's Crafts video, and I LOVE IT!!!  Sooooo easy and I want to make more in all sorts of colors!
Be on the lookout for more of these fun little tu-tu's!  And maybe a picture of my baby model too!

And as for the paper crafting part here is her little witchy hat that she is going to wear:

Happy Crafting!
Lisa

***PS- I'm thinking about making these tu-tus in various colors and sizes and selling them in the future at craft shows, or through word of mouth, or on here... if I did that do you think there would be any interest and if so how much would be a fair asking price?... Please be completely honest and I really appreciate any comments you may have for me!  Thank you!

A scrap-lifted spooky wreath!

I thought I would test my feet in the water of Halloween projects by posting this little wreath that I recently scrap-lifted... I loved when I saw Sarah of Pink By Design make this Halloween Wreath and I just knew I had to make one too!  And after I watched her fun and simple video it was easy to do!

Materials Used:
Paper from my Halloween stash
Circle Punch
Martha Stewart Scorboard
I Rock-Tool and gems
black and white twine
black and silver stickles
various makers halloween stickers
various ribbon from my stash
hot glue gun
scotch quick dry adhesive
Organza ribbon in purple, orange, and black

I did do something a little different than the video... where there were some open spots I covered the cardboard with small squares of organza scrunched together and held on there with the hot glue.
Thank you so much for looking, and I hoped you enjoyed!
